Job Description

As a Team Member in the Delivery department at our Bradford Broadway location, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient handling and delivery of merchandise to our customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to timely service, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load orders accurately and efficiently for delivery.
• Deliver goods to customers’ homes or specified locations within the scheduled delivery time.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with customers, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
• Assist with the unloading of goods from delivery trucks at the store.
• Ensure the safety and security of goods during transit.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a delivery role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
