Position Overview: As the Deputy Store Manager – Visual Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of our store and ensuring that our products are showcased effectively. You will lead a team of visual merchandisers to create captivating displays that attract customers and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store’s appearance and drive sales.
• Lead and motivate a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and in-store promotions to maximize visual impact.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other department managers to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about display changes and product placement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for visual presentation, including cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Train and develop staff members on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in visual presentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail management, with a strong focus on creating visually appealing displays.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual presentations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software is preferred but not essential.
