Position: Store Manager
McDonald’s in Toronto is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient and profitable operation of our restaurant. If you have a passion for customer service and team management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage staffing levels, recruit, train, and mentor crew members and shift managers
- Ensure food safety and quality control standards are met at all times
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management, profit and loss analysis, and cost control
- Implement and maintain McDonald’s policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Create a positive, team-oriented work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in quick service restaurants (QSR)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of business financials, including budgets and sales analysis
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
