Are you passionate about football and highly organized with excellent attention to detail? Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitman. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our players and coaching staff and contribute to the success of one of England’s most historic football clubs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all training and matchday kits are prepared and organized in advance, including shirts, shorts, socks, and other necessary equipment.
• Coordinate the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of all training and matchday kits to ensure they are in pristine condition.
• Assist with the distribution of kits to players and coaching staff as required, ensuring each individual has the necessary equipment for training sessions and matches.
• Manage inventory levels of kit supplies and equipment, including ordering new items when necessary and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Work closely with the coaching staff to ensure all kit requirements are met and any special requests are accommodated.
• Assist with the setup and organization of training sessions and matchday activities as directed by the coaching staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within professional football or sports environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with players, coaching staff, and other club personnel.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
