You’ll inspire and guide your team to deliver excellent service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members to meet performance standards during your shift.
  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive dining experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee food preparation, safety, and cleanliness to maintain KFC’s high standards.
  • Training: Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage challenges efficiently and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Shift Management: Monitor shift schedules, manage breaks, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role (restaurant experience preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
