About Us

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Operatives to join our team in Stowmarket. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the efficient management of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels by receiving, counting, and recording new inventory.
• Ensure all stock is accurately stored and organized in the warehouse.
• Assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.
• Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages to management.
• Use inventory management systems to track stock movements and keep records updated.
• Assist with deliveries, including unloading and placing goods in designated areas.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in inventory, stock control, or a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic IT skills to use inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move stock as required.
