About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you will work from your home in South Dakota, responding to calls from prospective customers looking for Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. Your job is to understand their needs, offer tailored coverage, and close sales — while providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and engage potential customers

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and recommend suitable policies

• Educate customers on coverage and policy options

• Close new policies in a compliant, service-focused manner

• Accurately record all customer interactions

• Achieve or exceed sales goals, quality standards, and compliance metrics

Qualifications

• Must reside in South Dakota

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center or remote preferred)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred — or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
