About the Role

As a Remote Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking Personal Lines Insurance (Auto, Home, Renters). You’ll assess their needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and close new policies—all from the comfort of your home in Tennessee.

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming calls from prospective customers

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage

• Close new personal insurance policies in a compliant and professional manner

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

• Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside in the state of Tennessee

• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain with company-paid training

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable in a goal-driven remote environment
