Role Summary

As an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll handle incoming calls from prospective customers interested in Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. You’ll guide them through the coverage options, provide accurate quotes, and help them select the right protection—whether working from home or occasionally in the Windsor office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and engage prospective policyholders

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Provide insurance quotes and close sales

  • Ensure compliance with product and licensing standards

  • Meet or exceed individual sales performance metrics

  • Accurately document customer interactions in real time


Requirements

  • Must reside in Connecticut and be commutable to Windsor, CT

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (call center preferred)

  • Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain (with company-paid training)

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Comfortable in a structured, performance-based environment
