About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from your home in Arizona, handling inbound calls from prospective customers seeking Personal Lines Insurance (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, etc.). You’ll match customer needs with appropriate coverage, provide quotes, and close the sale — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers

• Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions

• Provide accurate quotes and close new policies

• Record all customer interactions in our internal systems

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics

• Stay current on The Hartford’s insurance products and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside in the state of Arizona

• High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (call center experience a plus)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred — or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable working in a goal-driven, remote environment

• Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities
