Position Overview

As an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll respond to incoming calls from prospective customers seeking Personal Lines Insurance (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, etc.). You’ll work remotely, or optionally from our Farmington location, to provide quotes, educate customers, and close sales while building trust and lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assess customer needs

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and policy recommendations

• Convert leads into new policyholders

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and compliance standards

• Log all customer interactions in the CRM system

• Consistently achieve sales and service performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must be located in or near Farmington, CT

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• At least 1 year of sales or call center experience (insurance a plus)

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a structured remote or hybrid environment
