Position Summary

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work remotely from your home in Connecticut, answering inbound calls from prospective customers. Your goal will be to understand their personal insurance needs and provide coverage solutions that align with their lifestyle, all while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers seeking personal insurance (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)

• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored policy options

• Provide accurate quotes and close new policies

• Document all interactions using internal systems

• Meet individual performance goals for sales, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Stay current on products, licensing, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Must reside in Connecticut

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience (call center experience preferred)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain with company-paid training

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

• Comfortable working remotely in a structured, goal-oriented environment
