Position Summary

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in Nevada, handling inbound calls from customers seeking Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. You’ll use your communication skills to assess their needs, provide accurate quotes, and close new policies—delivering world-class service along the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers

  • Understand and assess customer insurance needs

  • Recommend appropriate insurance products and explain coverage

  • Provide accurate, customized quotes and close sales

  • Document all customer interactions in internal systems

  • Meet or exceed sales performance and compliance goals


Qualifications

  • Must reside in Nevada

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (call center preferred)

  • Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus — or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Comfortable using multiple systems while working in a remote, goal-driven environment

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
