Position Overview

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in San Antonio, responding to calls from prospective customers seeking Auto, Homeowners, or Renters Insurance. Your mission is to understand their needs, recommend the right coverage, provide accurate quotes, and close the sale with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound calls from potential customers

• Provide tailored insurance recommendations and accurate quotes

• Educate customers on policy options, pricing, and benefits

• Close new personal lines insurance policies

• Accurately document all customer interactions

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales performance goals

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near San Antonio, TX

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely

• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
