Position Overview

As a Remote Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from your home in Florida, handling incoming calls from potential customers. You’ll assess their needs, educate them on coverage options, and close the sale. Your focus will be on building trust, delivering exceptional service, and meeting performance targets.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and engage with prospective customers

• Understand individual insurance needs and offer tailored policy solutions

• Provide quotes and close new Personal Lines policies (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)

• Stay current on The Hartford’s products and compliance regulations

• Consistently meet or exceed sales, quality, and service goals

• Accurately document all interactions using internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales (call center a plus)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or ability to obtain (training provided)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable

• Proficient with computers and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
