Position Summary

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in New Hampshire, responding to inbound calls from customers looking for Personal Lines Insurance—including Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. Your role is to listen, guide, quote, and close sales with professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from prospective policyholders

• Recommend insurance products based on individual needs

• Provide accurate quotes and explain policy options clearly

• Close sales while ensuring compliance with all regulations

• Record interactions using internal systems

• Consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside in New Hampshire

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (call center experience is a plus)

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a structured remote environment

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable
