Position Summary

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you will handle incoming calls from prospective customers looking for Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. Working from your home in New Jersey, you’ll guide individuals through coverage options, provide accurate quotes, and help them confidently protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide quotes for personal insurance products

• Match customer needs to appropriate coverage options

• Educate customers about benefits, pricing, and policy details

• Close new policies while adhering to compliance and quality standards

• Document all interactions in internal systems accurately

• Consistently meet or exceed sales and service performance goals

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center or remote preferred)

• Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a performance-driven remote environment

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
