Role Overview

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls from prospective customers interested in Personal Lines Insurance such as Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. You’ll help them understand coverage options, provide quotes, and close the sale—all from the comfort of your home in New Mexico.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and assess customer needs

  • Recommend the most appropriate personal insurance products

  • Provide accurate, customized insurance quotes

  • Educate customers about coverage, discounts, and policy options

  • Close sales and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals


Requirements

  • Must reside in New Mexico

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (call center or remote preferred)

  • Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable multitasking with multiple systems
