Role Overview

As a Remote Inbound Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in New York, helping individuals explore and purchase Personal Lines Insurance policies—including Auto, Homeowners, and Renters Insurance. You’ll educate customers, offer accurate quotes, and close sales with empathy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers

  • Assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate insurance coverage

  • Provide personalized insurance quotes and close sales

  • Clearly explain coverage options, pricing, and benefits

  • Accurately document customer information and interactions

  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals in sales and quality

  • Maintain knowledge of products, procedures, and compliance standards


Requirements

  • Must reside in New York State

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred)

  • Active Property & Casualty license is a plus—or must be willing to obtain (company-paid training provided)

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable

  • Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment

  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems while engaging with customers
