Position Overview

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in North Dakota, handling incoming calls from prospective customers. Your focus will be on selling Personal Lines Insurance products (Auto, Homeowners, Renters), matching customer needs with the right coverage, and providing a seamless, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective policyholders

• Recommend appropriate insurance coverage based on customer needs

• Provide accurate quotes and close new personal lines policies

• Educate customers on policy details, features, and pricing

• Maintain compliance with industry and company standards

• Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of North Dakota

• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred)

• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment

• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
