Position Summary

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work from home in Ohio, taking inbound calls from individuals interested in Personal Lines Insurance—including Auto, Homeowners, and Renters. You’ll help customers understand their coverage options, deliver quotes, and close sales—all while offering excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from prospective policyholders

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

• Provide accurate quotes and close new business

• Educate customers about coverage, pricing, and options

• Document customer interactions and follow compliance guidelines

• Meet or exceed sales performance goals and service standards

What You’ll Need

• Must reside in Ohio

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (call center experience a plus)

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
