Position Summary

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll respond to inbound calls from potential customers interested in Personal Lines Insurance such as Auto, Homeowners, and Renters. Your goal is to understand their needs, offer tailored policy options, and close the sale—all while delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from prospective customers across the U.S.

  • Match customer needs to the right personal insurance products

  • Provide clear and accurate insurance quotes

  • Educate customers about coverage options and benefits

  • Close new policies in compliance with industry standards

  • Maintain accurate records in company systems

  • Meet or exceed performance goals in sales, quality, and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Must reside in Oklahoma

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (call center experience preferred)

  • Property & Casualty insurance license preferred—or willingness to obtain (company-paid training provided)

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Tech-savvy and able to work in a structured remote environment

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
