Position Overview

As a Remote Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls from prospective customers looking for Personal Lines Insurance (Auto, Homeowners, Renters). You’ll listen, understand their needs, recommend coverage, and close the sale — all from your home in Pennsylvania.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers

  • Provide quotes and explain policy coverage options

  • Match customer needs to the right personal insurance products

  • Close new business with professionalism and compliance

  • Document calls and maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • Meet or exceed performance goals in sales, quality, and service


Qualifications

  • Must reside in Pennsylvania

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience (call center a plus)

  • Property & Casualty insurance license preferred – or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a structured, goal-driven remote environment

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
