Role Overview

As an Inbound Call Center Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll work remotely from your home in Scottsdale (or the greater Arizona area), helping customers find the right Auto, Homeowners, or Renters Insurance solutions. Your role will be to guide prospects, provide quotes, and close sales—all while delivering a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective policyholders

• Match customer needs to the appropriate personal insurance products

• Provide accurate, compliant insurance quotes and close sales

• Educate customers on policy coverage, limits, and pricing

• Accurately document interactions in real-time

• Consistently meet or exceed sales and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

• Must reside in or near Scottsdale, Arizona

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (call center or remote a plus)

• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain (company-paid training included)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable using technology and working in a structured remote setting

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and dependable
