Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at IKEA Exeter. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

• Participate in budget planning and cost control related to facilities management.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the facilities team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software and other relevant tools.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency situations and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Relevant certifications in facilities management or building maintenance are a plus.
