Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Fan Experience Retail Team Leader to oversee our retail operations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and other retail locations. As a Team Leader, you’ll drive exceptional customer service, ensure smooth store operations, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable fan experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Support the Retail Manager in planning for matchday and event operations.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall fan experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, especially during matchdays and events.
- Knowledge of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and its values is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
