Position Overview: We are looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Coventry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, scan, and load parcels accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle parcels with care to prevent damage and ensure they reach their destinations in excellent condition.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking stock.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items (up to 25kg).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance.
