Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of your assigned department, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
• Implement and monitor safety and security procedures within the department.
• Collaborate with other department managers and store management to achieve overall store goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role, ideally in a home improvement or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
