Role Overview:
As a Customer Response Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. This position is an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about DVLA services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Adhere to data protection regulations and agency policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required.
