About the Role
We’re hiring Customer Assistants to join the Replenishment team at Morrisons Coventry. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and ready for customers – helping to create a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Replenish stock accurately and efficiently across the store
- Ensure all items are in-date, faced up, and clearly priced
- Keep shelves and shop floor areas clean and safe
- Provide excellent customer service when approached
- Support other store operations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and motivated team players
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Retail or stockroom experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided
