About the Role

We’re hiring Customer Assistants to join the Replenishment team at Morrisons Coventry. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and ready for customers – helping to create a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Replenish stock accurately and efficiently across the store
  • Ensure all items are in-date, faced up, and clearly priced
  • Keep shelves and shop floor areas clean and safe
  • Provide excellent customer service when approached
  • Support other store operations when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and motivated team players
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently
  • Retail or stockroom experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided
