About the Role

We’re hiring enthusiastic and reliable Customer Assistants to join our Replenishment team at Morrisons Luton. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our shelves are full, the store is tidy, and customers have a great experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Replenish shelves and ensure strong product availability

  • Keep items faced up, labelled, and within date

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment

  • Support customers with queries in a friendly, helpful way

  • Collaborate with team members across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated and dependable individuals

  • Good attention to detail and timekeeping

  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

  • Retail experience is useful, but not essential – full training provided
