About the Role

Join the team at Morrisons Brighton as a Customer Assistant in our Replenishment department. This role is all about ensuring our store looks great, our shelves are stocked, and customers have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Replenish shelves and displays accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all products are in-date, priced, and presented correctly
  • Keep the store clean, safe, and organised
  • Provide friendly customer service and answer queries when needed
  • Work across different departments as required

  • Enthusiastic and dependable team players
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and help where needed
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not required – full training provided
