Customer Assistant – Market Street & Café
Location: Morrisons, Gainsborough
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

About the Role:
At Morrisons, we’re proud to serve our local communities with fresh food and friendly service. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in both the Market Street counters and our in-store Café.

Whether you’re serving freshly prepared food, helping customers choose the perfect cut at the butchery, or preparing a warming cuppa in the Café, you’ll be a key part of delivering the Morrisons experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service on Market Street counters (e.g. bakery, butchery, fishmonger, deli)

• Prepare and serve hot and cold food in the Café to our high standards

• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked

• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

• Assist with stock rotation and date checking

• Work as part of a friendly and supportive team

About You:

• A passion for food and people

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn and take on varied tasks
