About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and proactive individuals to join our Replenishment team at Morrisons Reading. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the store fully stocked, well-organised, and ready to serve our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Refill shelves and displays with products across all departments

• Ensure items are correctly labelled, in-date, and neatly presented

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment throughout the store

• Help customers with queries in a polite and helpful manner

• Support other departments when needed to keep the store running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable team players with a positive attitude

• Good attention to detail and organisation skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Retail or replenishment experience is welcome, but full training is provided
