Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Provide outstanding customer service to cruise ship guests.
• Dining Support: Assist with dining services, including serving meals and managing guest inquiries.
• Housekeeping: Contribute to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
• Event Coordination: Support various onboard events and activities.

Requirements:

• Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering a memorable experience for cruise ship guests.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or related fields.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
