• Assist with passenger check-in, cabin assignments, and other hospitality-related tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in public areas and cabins.
• Participate in onboard events and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Understanding of safety and security procedures on board a cruise ship.
