Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members at our Mentor location. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor and assisting them with their shopping needs.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stocking shelves and rotating products to ensure freshness and optimal presentation.
• Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries, as well as restocking products throughout the day.
• Keeping the store clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve store goals and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
