Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members at our Cincinnati location. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Keeping the store clean, neat, and organized throughout the day.
• Assisting with receiving and unpacking shipments of merchandise.
• Following all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
