What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member at Trader Joe’s, your role will be diverse and hands-on. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers in a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic manner
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions
• Stocking shelves and keeping displays neat and organized
• Answering customer questions and assisting with product selection
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
