Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing advice and support on Sky products and services.
- Handle a variety of customer queries across different communication channels including phone, email, and online chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service-related concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell Sky products and services based on client needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including technical support, sales, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A problem-solving mindset, able to handle complaints and complex queries with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Sky products and services (or willingness to learn).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
