As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the store.
• Ring up purchases, process payments, and issue receipts accurately using our POS system.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking bags and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
