We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Leigh store. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers and ensuring their shopping experience is positive and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, product location, and recommendations.
• Operating the checkout efficiently, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
