Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants at our stores located in Lancashire. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
