Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by providing excellent service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
