Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Binance Accelerator Program in the Global Communications team based in Birmingham. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans to enhance Binance’s global brand awareness and reputation.
• Craft compelling narratives and messaging for various stakeholders, including media, partners, and the cryptocurrency community.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interview opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and news to identify proactive communication opportunities and potential risks.
• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and webinars to amplify Binance’s thought leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to integrate communication strategies.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry leaders to expand Binance’s network and reach.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Binance Accelerator Program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in global communications, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
• Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate effectively with global teams.
