What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of creating incredible coffee experiences for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to perfection
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
• Preparing and serving food items following company standards
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment
• Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are attractive and well-organised
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
• Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, energetic, and friendly personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
