Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Reading store. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and product recommendations.
• Operating the checkout efficiently and accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
