Job Description: As an Olympic Coach Trainee with Athletic 365, you will undergo thorough training and mentorship under our experienced coaching staff. You will have the chance to work closely with elite-level athletes across various disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in athlete development, performance analysis, and competition preparation. This role offers a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our athletes on their journey to Olympic achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior coaches in delivering training sessions and designing individualized training programs for athletes.
• Support athletes during training sessions, offering technical guidance, motivation, and feedback to enhance performance.
• Aid in performance analysis and evaluation, utilizing video analysis tools and sports science techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to develop competition strategies and provide assistance to athletes during competitions and events.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and coaching certifications.
• Contribute to the overall success of Athletic 365 by actively participating in team meetings, events, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Passion for sports coaching and a strong desire to work with elite-level athletes.
• Previous experience in athletics coaching or participation at a competitive level is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with athletes, coaches, and staff.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by training sessions and competitions.
