Role Summary: Service Colleagues are the face of ASDA, and your role will be crucial in making sure that our customers have a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at upholding our standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with any queries or needs.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at checkout points.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and ensuring that products are displayed neatly.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing effective and courteous solutions.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.
