Position Overview: As a Service Colleague at ASDA in Reading, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer interactions. Your primary role will be to ensure every customer feels welcome and satisfied with their shopping experience, promoting loyalty and frequent returns.

• First and foremost, greet and engage with every customer, providing a personalized service experience.
• Efficiently operate checkout systems to process transactions with accuracy and speed.
• Keep store aisles and product displays neat, organized, and fully stocked.
